Mechanical machining

Mechanical machining and light carpentryOur company has been leading the industry in mechanical machining of stainless steel and aluminium materials for over 40 years.
Over time, production has been complemented with ferrous materials, building steels and cast irons.
Note: The possibility of iron oxide contamination during production change is eliminated by thorough cleansing of the machines, equipment and tools used for the manufacturing processes.

Our main products include small and medium milled and/or turned mechanical components (with exception for small mechanical parts.)

In-house mechanical machining includes:

  • MILLING
  • BORING
  • TURNING
  • GRINDING
  • SLOTTING
  • LASER CUTTING

Light carpentry includes:

BENDING, PUNCHING, CALENDERING AND WELDING
(through its subsidiary FABER snc)

Our wide expertise and the continuous development of new technologies and processing methods have made us become strategic suppliers in many industries, i.e. medical, scientific, food, optical, electronic.

Our company can also process different types of plastic materials.

All processing operations are performed on CNC machines to ensure highest precision and repeatability.
Note: This is also the reason why our manufacturing department is fully conditioned and maintained at the same temperature as the metrology room where dimensional testing is performed.

Over the years, new techniques and processing machines have also been added which, along with our expertise, allow to optimise processing cycles and reduce machine setup times to manufacture products with:

  • Lower costs
  • Higher precision
  • Ensured repeatability

Raw materials

Our company has a stock of available raw materials to meet any customer's requirements in a very short run.

Full supply

To provide our customers with top service, components are traced throughout their various stages, from the purchase of raw materials to the finished product, with the help of off-site collaborators for the following processing types:

– Carpentry
  (through the subsidiary FABER snc)
– Small mechanical parts
– broaching/slotting
– Galvanic electrochemical surface treatments
– Heat treatments – Surface coating (rubber, rilsan, etc.)
– Painting
