Quality in the mechanical industry is based on three main approaches which are the foundations of our organisation and way of working:
- QUALITY CONTROL, i.e. the process which allows to determine compliance with predefined specifications through inspections and checks being performed on the manufacturing processes and finished products.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE, to guarantee suitability and control of all the stages of the management and manufacturing chain to guarantee products over time, with special focus on customer satisfaction; within this approach, our company has decided to conform its QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 rule.
Quality and Quality System Certification have long been part of our "mechanical" culture as our company was certified in 1995.
– TOTAL QUALITY, extended to all sectors, elements and processes within the company; the concept of quality, first limited to single aspects of dimensional testing, now includes the strategy for continuous improvement, considering the customer-supplier chain not only from outside but also from inside the company.
